In the final stage of development is the FSM-1000 VS machine for the production of carbon black powder, with a relative efficiency of more than 40%, compared to the FSM-800.
This complex, today, is the most productive in terms of quantitative and qualitative characteristics, in all the line of FSM equipment of the CARBOTOOL company.

The central difference between the installation and the early versions is a more productive system for the synthesis of graphite rods and the ability to operate the equipment in non-stop operating mode. The reactor synthesis chamber has been completely changed, the electrode insertion chamber has been upgraded, and critical changes have been made to the carbon black powder storage and filtration system.

The calculated productivity indicators of the FSM-1000 VS carbon black machine are improved due to a longer period of operation of the equipment. The equipment is stopped for technological measures once every 60-65 hours, which is more than 2.5 times surpassing than on a similar machine FSM-800.

Serial release of the FSM-1000 VS machines is scheduled for the beginning of 2022.
