Control system arc and quantitative adjustment voltage characteristics, also performed in the base version of the complex; the power supply installation is not mechanical or automatic reverse polarity, but may be included in the composition as an option.
In the standard version, the equipment is made of high-quality treated stainless steel with a sheet thickness from 1.8 to 2.2 mm (depending on the structural element) in accordance with the basic conditions of production of equipment working under pressure. A mandatory requirement for the release of equipment is considered to be tested for an average vacuum level and refrigerant pressure in cooling systems up to 5 atm.
Technological features of the equipment allow, as an option, the possibility of transferring the control panel from the carbon black production area by installing a video surveillance system and remote control of the electrode supply system.
