The hardware complex – FSM Laboratory C is designed for limited production of carbon black (fullerene soot), for subsequent use in scientific and research purposes. The performance of this complex and the period of its cyclic operation are designed for the synthesis of a small volume of product – up to 100-200 grams of carbon black powder in 10-12 hour.
Separately, it should be noted that this hardware complex allows you to produce a product of higher quality, with a large percentage of the main substance, which objectively affects the result of the work and research.
The main advantage of this complex is the possibility of operational launch of carbon black synthesis, mechanical or automatic control of carbon black synthesis, simplicity and efficiency of unloading of the produced product.
The FSM LC complex implements the ability to use it in a fairly wide range of modes, which allows for "fine-tuning" to the required qualitative or quantitative parameters of the synthesized material.
The FSM LC installation as standard is a standard complex for the synthesis of carbon black, equipped exclusively with a carbon black synthesis chamber. However, there is also an additional expansion of the complex with the possibility of installing a filter unit and a circulation blower to quantitatively increase the production of fullerene-containing soot.
