The control panel of the FSM machine is designed to control the electronic mechanisms of the installation, such as pumping equipment, stepper motor, control equipment for determining vacuum values.
The FSM machine control panel can be manufactured in two versions:
- main control panel - for operational operation in the installation area of the FSM machine
- additional control panel – for remote operation, removed from the installation area of the FSM machine
The main control panel is mounted in a zone of 1-2 meters from the reactor chamber for starting and stopping the reactor, as well as for full control of its operation.
The following units are monitored from the main control panel:
- rotary pumps
- booster type pump
- vortex type pump
- flow and volume sensors
- receiver and vacuum station
- cooling system pump
- coolant temperature sensors
- control and measuring devices-vacuum meters and voltmeters
- adjustment of the gate valves
- stepper motor adjustment
- automatic graphite rod feed system
- as well as optional, the power supply of the FSM machine
An additional control panel can be placed at a distance of up to 30 meters from the FSM machine, which allows you to optimize the operator's work in the case of controlling 2 or more installations from one post.
The only addition in the case of equipping the FSM machine with this option will be the presence of video cameras and a monitor for remote monitoring of the equipment.
Remote control of the FSM reactor for the production of carbon black is simple, ergonomic and intuitive.
As standard, it consists of two individual shields:
- passive control
- active control
The passive control unit (control panel) includes automatic equipment responsible for the current operation of the FSM machine, which does not require the intervention of the reactor operator.
Active control panel-provides for the device of a control panel, from which the reactor (FSM machine) is directly controlled. The controls allow you to perform the following actions:
- monitoring the operation of vacuum pumps
- monitoring the operation of vortex pumps
- measuring instruments
- electrode feed motors
- gate valves and other elements of automation.
