The vacuum system of the FSM machine for the production of carbon black is equipped according to ISO, CF and KF standards, which allows in a short period of time to degass the internal volume of the working system, namely, the primary process of preparing the FSM machine for launch, as well as to eliminate the leakage of inert gas in the process of direct production of carbon black.

The design of the FSM machine uses a CF63 type of execution included in the construction for hot zones with copper vacuum seals.
The lid of the reactor chamber, as well as the seals of the vacuum insertion chamber of the electrode, have their own vacuum seals made of silicone of the IRP or RP design types, this allows you to achieve the best result in the process of achieving the required vacuum values.
The tank-containers, as well as the fine filter block, have a standard single-size seal in the ISO version, which is convenient, reliable in the operation of the FSM machine and allows you to keep the vacuum in the range of up to 1.6 x 10(-1) for more than 24 hours.
