The FSM carbon black machine has two independent design elements - current collectors that transmit the potential of the power supply to the graphite electrodes.

The cathode current collector is completely made of a special temperature-resistant brass alloy, which allows you to perform several technological functions simultaneously.

The current collector has its own cooling circuit, which on the test can withstand the test pressure of the coolant more than 5.5 atmospheres. The cooled current collector effectively removes heat, allowing the static electrode in the reactor chamber - the cathode - to cool during the production process.

The technological peculiarity of the current collector is its direct purpose, namely, the placement on its housing of the terminal current conductor made of a copper-graphite mixture, which are brush current conductors.

ATTENTION!
A damaged cathode current collector, in the event of damage during an crash, is practically not suitable for restoration. This construction element requires timely maintenance, constant revision of the condition of the cooled shelf, as well as high-quality cleaning during the operation of the equipment.
