The ability to quickly start the FSM machine, mainly depends on the power of the pre-vacuum pump.
This type of equipment allows you to achieve a primary vacuum within 60-80 seconds, which is basic when operating equipment for the production of carbon black.

The FSM machines in their basic version are equipped with NVR pre-vacuum pumps. Optionally, the equipment is equipped with ADVAC 120-140 vacuum pumps with an automatic pump shut-off unit when the required parameters are reached and a fine filter on the intake pipe.
The pump of this type from the manufacturer is equipped with a connecting flange FK, which greatly simplifies its installation in the system of the FSM machine.

The pump of this type performs degassing of the main (working) volume of the FSM machine. Its working time is from 10 to 30 minutes per day, provided that the operating conditions of the equipment are met.

If the FSM machine is equipped with a vacuum station with a receiver, a pump of this type is not supplied.
