The carbon black production equipment can be equipped with two types of gas circulation pumps in the internal volume of the FSM machine:
- a pump or an industrial vortex blower (vacuum version)
- booster type pump (with a capacity of at least 180 m3/h)
This type of pump is used at all stages of the operation of technological equipment.
At the stage of preparing the installation for start-up, it is the second stage of degassing the working volume of the FSM machine, allowing the pre-vacuum pump to achieve the required indicators. In the process of carbon black production, a pump of this type is a node that pumps the main gas volume.

Booster type pump:
Maximum residual pressure, mbar - 180
Maximum capacity, m3/h - 310

The flanged connections of these pumps are equipped with quick-release flanges of the KF or ISO types, which allows you to maintain the tightness of the equipment and to quickly and efficiently dismantle the unit for maintenance.
